All is well. Check in and out was easy. not too obvious to find the entrance. Place was big and spacious. would be good to provide house slippers. Swimming pool was not crowded. Jacuzzi was a plus point

In fact, regarding the deposit of 200, I was defrauded by the hotel. I hope everyone can see this matter in order to avoid this hotel. I asked the hotel to refund the deposit. First, the other party postponed my request. Then, at my insistence, I was given a fake screenshot of the collection. It was not me at all. Then, seeing the lies exposed, they also gave me a dollar, and they still wanted to deny it. I contacted 訂房網站 customer service and my problem was solved. 事實上，關於200的押金，我遭到了酒店的詐騙，我希望大家能看到這件事，以此來避開這間酒店。我要求酒店退還押金，對方先是推遲我的請求，隨後，在我的堅持下，給了我一張假的收款截圖，那根本就不是我。隨後，眼見謊言敗露，他們還給了我一塊錢，他們還想抵賴。我聯繫了訂房網站客服，我的問題才得到解決。

Warning, this is not an hotel, no hotel services provided, it’s just a third party company renting short term apartments. You may get a random room that is available at times, always with problems, mine didn’t had hot water and had fresh paint from some walls, which made impossible to sleep. Tried getting support was impossible, I had to book another hotel and even so, they refused to even refund a single night. I m making a formal complaint against the company and already contact the payment provider in Brazil. Do not recommend this place at all, also, checkin is just a random guy that comes and asks for cash (yes cash).

The room's tidiness and cleanliness is excellent! We had a pleasant stay. I hope the washing machine function can be more advanced, for example :add a wash+dry function. Thanks for the service that was provided.
